HSL

HSL, LLC is an enterprise for designing, manufacturing, and supplying industrial valves:

• ball valves DN 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 80, 100, 150, 200, and 300 mm with PN up to 25 MPa
• butterfly valves DN 50, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1000, and 1200 mm with PN up to 2.5 MPa

The plant uses the following processes to manufacture ball and butterfly valves:

• steel alloy casting
• mechanical cutting by semiautomatic and full automated machines
• cold metal sheet die stamping
• machining by CNC machines and multipurpose machining centers
• heat treatment
• welding
• electroplated and paint coatings including ones with improved corrosion resistance
• assembly 
• laser metal cutting
• high-precision 3D measurement by a coordinate measuring machine.

All HSL products are covered by appropriate certificates and meet regulatory documents of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Oversight; Gazprom and of other customers.

Our equipment are produced by means of advanced technologies and highly automated machinery made by the world's best manufacturers that permit to rearrange the production facilities quickly for manufacturing new goods and for responding customer demands without delay.

Strict supervision at each manufacturing stage and complete set of acceptance tests for any manufactured ball valve or butterfly valve guarantee reliable and trouble-free operation of our products throughout their service life.
